I create modern learning experiences that use AI, interactivity, and scenario-based design to help professionals and lifelong learners build skills with confidence. Explore a few of my recent projects below.
This AI Sales Coach is an interactive scenario that simulates a real discovery call moment. The learner is presented with a prospect objection and chooses how to respond. Based on that decision, the AI generates tailored coaching feedback.
The experience was built in Articulate Storyline, with a custom integration to Google’s Gemini API. Learner choices are sent to a Cloudflare Worker, which passes a structured prompt to Gemini. The AI response is then injected back into the Storyline slide in real time.

This scenario-based learning experience places learners in the fictional world of Haven Hotels & Resorts, where they must navigate challenging guest interactions with professionalism and empathy. The course explores how word choice, tone, and emotional control can turn difficult moments into opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
Learners engage with realistic dialogue scenarios, choosing responses that influence each outcome. The experience reinforces best practices for de-escalation, active listening, and maintaining composure in fast-paced service environments.

This interactive learning experience grew out of my work as a volunteer computer-skills instructor for older adults at the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House. While working with participants, I saw an urgent need to help them recognize and avoid phishing scams.
The course features realistic examples and hands-on practice activities and serves as an ongoing reference after completion. I have made it available to the Lenox Hill community.
